Project description

State budgetary institution of culture "Y.F. Svetlanov’s Kaliningrad Regional Philharmonic" and Neringa Art School shall establish a unique cross-border durable network for cultural institutions by organising a series of cultural events. Workshops „Music Therapy“ and "Outdoor Music", 2 plein airs "Music on Canvas", 4 exhibitions of plein-airs "Music on Canvas" drawings shall be organised as a result of the project.

The landscaped territory of the Philharmony in Kaliningrad shall be renovated, where an interactive complex „Outdoor Music” with a set of outdoor musical instruments shall be created. An interactive complex „Outdoor Music“ shall be established on the territory adjacent to Neringa Art School as well.

What is more, an installation of outdoor art object „Harry Grodberg musical bench“ shall be created in Kaliningrad to perpetuate the memory of the great Russian organist, who was born in Lithuania.
