Project description

The essence of this project is achieving greater security for people living on both sides of the Lithuanian-Russian border in the context of floods and forest fires and strengthening of co-operation between Lithuania and Russian fire protection system. Two partners from Russia and Lithuania – Fire and Rescue Department under the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania and Budgetary state organization of Kaliningrad region “Unit of the State Fire Service and ensuring of civil defense measures”, shall renew the cooperation between both fire rescue systems, strengthen skills, invest in equipment and organize joint large-scale exercise.
