Project description

In the frame of the project 2 partners – Šilalė District Municipality Administration and Administration of “Slavk Urban District” Municipality, shall increase openness and transparency of local authorities in Šilalė and Slavsk.

The main objectives of the project:

- Increased capacity of local authorities in Šilalė and Slavsk at organizational and personal levels;

- Improved competencies of local authorities and civil society members in participating regions;

- Strengthened dialogue between local authorities and civil societies.

Implementation period

18 months (from 2019-09-18 til 2021-03-17)
