Due to the Russian war against Ukraine all projects are being finalised only on the EU side, i.e. in Lithuania. The recovery of EU funds spent in Russia was initiated by the Managing Authority of the programme.
In the Official Journal of the European Union L 292 of 2022-11-11 the new legal act was published. "Regulation (EU) 2022/2192 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 November 2022laying down specific provisions for the 2014-2020 cooperation programmes supported by the European Neighbourhood Instrument and under the European territorial cooperation goal, following programme implementation disruption" will enable the Programme institutions to succesfully implement the Programme.
