Short description of the project idea/activities |
Project goals and objectives: 1) the creation in the former pastor's house, where the great scientist and humanist Immanuel Kant (Chernyakhovsky district, the village of Veselovka) lived for several years, the exposition of the Museum “House of the Pastor. Museum of Kant" based on the original items of the XVIII century with the inclusion of interactive elements. Arrangement of a new landmark, inclusion it in the tourist turnover; 2) the addition of the current exhibition in the Immanuel Kant Museum in the Cathedral in Kaliningrad; 3) the development of the local community through the creation in the rural settlement of a new object of cultural and educational tourism with interactive zones, conditions for family recreation; 4) the development of an international "Kantian" tourist route, covering new exhibiting objects in Russia (Veselovka in Kaliningrad region, where I. Kant was a teacher) and in Lithuania (Klaipeda, where his ancestors lived along the male line). |

Short description of the project idea/activities |
Within the framework of Lithuania-Russia Cross Border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020, the Municipality of Slavsk is planning to implement the project of reconstruction of old Prussian church and creation of museum there. The Municipality is looking for a partner on Lithuanian side, who is interested in cooperation. The full reconstruction of historical appearance of Prussian Kirche (1859) will be performed as is rightly considered to be the main cultural and historical object with the greatest potential for enhancement of the image of the region. As stated, main goal of the project is the use and promotion of cross border cultural heritage in order to attract tourism to the border area. The reconstructed church will function as a modern cultural and historical center and will become a real symbol, the central attraction of the Slavsk region. The great acoustics of the church allows organizing various concerts where talented musicians from not only Russia, but also from neighboring Lithuania, Poland and other European countries could participate. In addition, there will be a historical museum, where temporary art expositions, different exhibitions and cultural events would take place. At this moment, we are looking for municipalities and other non-corporate and government institutions from Lithuania that would be interested in participation in Cross Border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 with objective of “Encouraging tourism and cultural and natural heritage” together with partners on the Russian side. |

Short description of the project idea/activities |
The cooperative leases a section of the state forest area of 2000 m2. The term of the lease is for 45 years (2010). The site is located in a forest of beech trees,15 km from Kaliningrad on the banks of conservation reservoir Shipovsky II with a volume of 1 million m3 and an water-surface area of 13 ha. Our goal is to create an open space for events, tourism, photo shoots, plein air for all citizens of the Kaliningrad region. Currently, such places are not available. Special attention will be paid to the protection of the reservoir Shipovsky II. It is located on the river Graevka, which flows into the Baltic sea. The water quality monitoring will be done in the educational program of children from school No. 8 city of Kaliningrad. Therefore, for the exchange of experience and synergies we are interested in symmetric project with a partner from Lithuania. The project budget is 119,000 EUR (+ -10%), out of which 48,000 EUR is for building utility systems. |

Short description of the project idea/activities |
The activity of ANO “Fortification heritage of the Kaliningrad region” is the preservation and popularization of the historical and cultural heritage of the Kaliningrad region through the creation of a modern tourist facility at the Fortress No. 11 "Donhoff". Currently, the facilities and part of the fort's territory, like most of the fortification objects of the Kaliningrad region, is in poor condition and, in practice, is not accessible to visitors. In case of grant usage and project implementation, the further financing of fort activities are provided by organization of various events on the territory of the fort such as excursion, cultural and educational programs, which are ensuring the satisfaction of the needs of a wide range of consumers, including people with disabilities. |
