The Lithuania-Russia Cross-Border Cooperation Programe 2014-2020 has attented the festival „Būtent!” which took place on the 6^th-7^th of September in Birštonas, Lithuania.

Joint Technical Secretariat has organized the discussion “Good neighbors closer than relatives? Have Lithuania’s neighbors become closer?”. Aleksas Bartnikas, who is chairman of Kaliningrad District Association of Lithuanian Teachers, represented the Lithuania-Russia CBC Programme. During both days everyone was invited to visit the informative tent of European Cooperation Programmes, where lots of activities were foreseen for the guests of the festival.
