3RD JOINT MONITORING COMMITTEE MEETING WAS HELD IN YANTARNY

17 / 12 / 2018 :

The 3rd Joint Monitoring Committee (JMC) meeting of the Lithuania–Russia Cross–border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 was held on 13-14 of December 2018 in Yantarny (Kaliningrad region, Russian Federation). The JMC approved the Work Plan together with the Communication Plan for the year 2019 laying down the grounds for the smooth implementation of the Programme during the upcoming year.

As well there are very awaited news regarding the results of the 1st Call for Proposals. 12 projects shall be awarded with Programme grants:

Please note, that the Managing Authority of the Programme will consult the list of projects recommended for funding with the European Commission to avoid double funding and promote synergies with the existing projects, where possible. Following this consultation, the JMC may decide to reject initially recommended proposals.

Each Lead Beneficiary is informed individually on the application(-s) submitted.

Moreover, the JMC approved the Applicant’s Pack for the 2nd Call for Proposals. The Call shall be launched on the 1st of February 2019. After the announcement of the 2nd Call for Proposals information events for potential applicants shall be organised in the Programme territory.
