The 1st Call for Proposals of the Lithuania-Russia Cross-border Cooperation Programme was closed on the 10th of April 2018. Altogether 57 project proposals have been submitted to the Joint Technical Secretariat. The requested Programme funding of submitted projects amounts to almost 31 million EUR.

The 1st Call for Proposals is coming to the end! All the applications must have reached the Programme JTS office, situated in Vilnius (Konstitucijos av. 7, 24th floor), by 10th of April 2018 until 14.00 Vilnius time.

The Programme JTS in Vilnius shall be closed from the 31st of March until the 2nd of April.

According to the provisions of Guidelines for Applicants and Beneficiaries (Section 5.2), questions can be submitted to the JTS no later than 7 calendar days before the deadline for submission of application (except for questions related to technical problems in operating the Grant Application Form files). In case of the 1st Call for Proposals questions can be submitted no later than on 3 April 2018.

From the opening of the 1st Call for Proposals of the Lithuania-Russia Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 the Joint technical secretariat organised 7 promotional events in both countries. 3 information events and 4 regional workshops attracted more than 350 participants. The potential applicants have been nothing but active, engaged and cooperative during these events!

The regional workshops shall be mainly aimed at issues related to the logical framework and the project budget.

Joint Technical Secretariat of the Programme Lithuania-Russia 2014-2020 is pleased to invite you to the regional workshops for potential applicants. In total 4 regional workshops shall take place – 2 in Lithuania and 2 in Russia.

From today on the Guidelines for Applicants and Beneficiaries (without annexes) are available not only in English language, but as well in Lithuanian and Russian languages.
