The joint project idea of the NGO Youth Initiative and the Department of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Zhodino Regional Executive Committee
Youth participation in local government processes
to provide mid-career participants with better knowledge of the factors determining the Donbas conflict and of the constraints and prospects to its effective resolution
improve youth capacity to acquire decision-making skills, teamwork, adaptability as the allowance for deeper understanding of business planning, financing, advocacy and other ways to run social entrepreneurship
develop the capacity of civil society in Belarus for transparent and inclusive participatory processes, democratic reforms and human rights
