In accordance with the Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated 26.09.2019 No. 661 “On the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated 09.08.2019 No. 304” the new procedure for registering cross-border cooperation projects is established.

As well as the procedure for issuing confirmations on the purpose of goods (works, services), funds provided for the implementation of CBC projects registered by the Ministry of Economy for part of co-financing is determined by this document.

We would like also to draw your special attention to the fact that the approval procedure can be initialized only after receiving a copy of the letter from the Joint Technical Secretariat / Managing authority approving the final version of the project description and the final project budget.
