On December 18^th, 2018, the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Latvia-Lithuania-Belarus Programme has organised the beneficiaries’ seminar “Project implementation in Belarus: financial management, procurement” for implementers of the 1st Call and Large Infrastructure Projects in Minsk. The seminar was attended by nearly 100 participants.

The employees of the Joint Technical Secretariat presented detailed information on procurement in projects and discussed some issues of financial project management and audit . All seminar materials in Russian languages are available on the following LINK.
